At PESTPRO of San Antonio we realize your home or place of business is different and you know it better than anyone else. Therefore we like to be flexible and accommodating. Upon initial inspection we can design a service package to address your specific needs and concerns. The following are basic plans which target and provide indoor coverage for common pests such as: roaches, spiders, scorpions, silverfish, pantry pests, ants (excluding Carpenter Ants) and other general crawling insects. These plans may be tailored to add specific pests and include additional areas as you prefer.

Exterior Plus
For homeowners concerned about pesticide placement inside the home or those on a busy schedule, our exterior only treatment is designed to fight the insects before they enter. This results in less use of residual products inside and simplifies scheduling.   If problems should arise inside, we will target them as needed at no additional charge.

Exterior Application:
    * Exterior power spay (10-15 ft perimeter))
    * Underneath eaves/soffit areas
    * Weep holes
    * Around windows
    * Around doors/entry ways
    * Visual inspection for signs of Termite
       or other wood destroying insect infestation
       (Service is limited to accessible areas only)

Standard Service
This service adds the interior of your home or place of business to the exterior perimeter treatment described above covering 10-15 ft. around the structure. Placing an effective barrier outside and a residual inside provides the best defense against insect infestation.

    * Under/behind furniture

    * Laundry room and garage areas
    * Second floor no additional charge
